

All Levels
Open to students in good health, this class flows through warm-ups, postures, and breath-focused movement, ending with a 10-minute Savasana. Modifications and props are available for support.
Chair Yoga Class
Suitable for all levels, especially for those who experience issues getting up off the floor. All poses are in the chair, standing by a wall or using the chair as a prop. This class will focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and agility.
Yoga with Weights
No matter your age, it’s never too early to prioritize bone health. This class combines classical yoga poses with weights training to build bone density and overall strength. 2, 3, 5, 8 lb. weights are provided.
Gentle Yoga
A low-impact practice with easy-on-the-body poses designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class is perfect for all levels, promoting stress relief and overall well-being.


Private &
Small Group Lessons
Private yoga sessions are available for those people who are new to yoga, prefer a one on one experience or have a specific health issue. Sharon will meet with you to discuss your plan and what your goals are for the session. The session will be a blend of movement, alignment, breath work, and deep relaxation designed to meet your needs. Whether deepening your practice, recovering from an injury or new to yoga, private instruction ensures a supportive, transformative experience.

The Yoga with Weights class does it all!!! Each class has all the components - building strength, flexibility, balance core and cardio all while working at your own level. In addition you learn strtegies and exercises you can do at home. Classes are thoughtfully developed and very motivating! This is my favorite yoga class ever!

Yoga at Home
Are there times when you can't make it to class or are away but want to do yoga. ZOOM is the answer! All of the classes can be attended via zoom. If you are interested please call, text or email Sharon and you will receive the zoom link.
In order to support students in their practice Sharon will be providing short videos for you to access to enhance your home practice. Along with informational articles on health and wellness.
